Different types of Rainbow Flags and Pride flags to choose

The Rainbow Flag first appear in San Francisco, Day Parade in 1978. Gay activist Gilbert Baker from Kansas designed the flag. Baker inspired by ‘Flag of the Race’, and designed a flag with eight stripes: pink, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet. When Baker tried for mass production and found hot pink not commercially available, and then flag reduced to seven colors.

Each color in the rainbow had a different meaning

·         Red: Life and health
·         Orange: Healing
·         Yellow: Sunlight
·         Green: Nature
·         Indigo - Serenity
·         Blue: Serenity
·         Violet: Spirit
